Chase Credit Cards

Why can’t we hook up our Chase credit cards to Stessa. When we try to add our Chase.com external accounts, Stessa is stating “invalid url”. We’ve tried everything at this point and cannot figure out how to connect our credit card accounts. It’s very frustrating and we’re having to add all transactions manually which is time consuming.
