Credit card account corruption

I had two separate credit card accounts linked. Both from Citibank. They were separate and categorized properly for about two years. Now, I have noticed one has been replaced with the other, so there is now a duplicate account with the same name and many transactions have now been duplicated. This seems to have happened very recently.

One account is no longer connected, and no longer listed on my linked accounts.

One account has been duplicated, with duplicate transactions showing up.

The account is now listed twice in my drop down selection form the transaction page.

Am I going to have to delete the duplicate and start over with a manual upload?
