How do I re-import transactions?

I think I need to start over on a particular card. Is that possible and if so, how do I do it.


@emil.e.heintzinger What exactly do you mean by “card?” Are you talking about a bank/lender connection? If so, we strongly discourage removing broken connections. It’s always better to fix an existing link than delete it and start over. When you try to re-link from scratch, you will usually see the same error crop up again, and you’ll also end up with missing and/or duplicate data that is difficult to clean up. It’s best to simply reach out to support instead via the blue circle at lower right once logged in.
