Bank pays escrow for our property. Apparently the city property tax was not as much as had been paid by the bank. My question is: Stessa (linked to bank account) recorded this as “Disbursement to Mortgagor” and I am not sure how to categorize it in Stessa. Is it under “TAXES refund” and then “PROPERTY TAX refund” ?
