I’d like to see an option to assign how much equity I have in a property. I have a few properties that I share ownership with an investor, so it’d be nice to be able to say that I own 40% of a property, for example.
@crom.carey You can actually do this with the existing “Collaborators” feature. Visit the Support Center to learn how to Configure Less than 100% Ownership.
Also keep in mind that this is configured at the Portfolio level so you’ll first need to set up a separate Portfolio to hold the subject property.
