Failing to sync with Utah First Federal Credit Union

I’d like to add my account with Utah First Federal Credit Union to sync transactions. When I attempt to add the account as a data source, it asks for my NetTeller ID and NetTeller Password. After inputing that information and clicking submit it fails with a message that says, “Credentail Re-Verification Required. Your login information appears to be incorrect. Please re-enter your credentials.”. I know I’m entering the correct username and password that I use to access my account. It’s the very same one I use to log into their website. What am I doing wrong?

Has anyone even read this message from August 20th? Stessa still doesn’t work with aforementioned financial institution.
