New here. Forgive me if I should be posting this elsewhere. Set up account a few weeks ago and downloaded transactions once and that was it. Tried several times to connect to the credit union but Stessa timed out and says there is something that my credit union needs my attention on their site. Spoke with them and they had no idea but asked that Stessa update their configuration and make sure that they are using Digital Insight NCR. Any guidance is appreciated.
