Haven’t been on Stessa for many months. Trying to get caught up now. Transactions from my credit union are not showing. Tried refreshing, then deleting and re connecting. It says it has connected, but no transactions are appearing. I am getting an error message that says “technical error” and to try again in 24 hours. Help?
@a.stoneproperties Please open a 1:1 support ticket so we can address the error you’re seeing. In general, troubleshooting becomes more difficult once the original connection is deleted. We recommend leaving the broken connection in place so we can investigate and resolve directly.
