Connected Accounts

I setup my Stessa account two days ago and connected both of my bank accounts and both of my mortgage accounts, successfully, after quite a bit of headache from one bank. In order for the income and expense records records to be accurate, I must use both accounts. One of them seems to be importing correctly but both the loan accounts and the checking account where they are paid from (same bank) are still showing no transactions. The balance is correct but there are no transactions. I have refreshed it several times and it still says “updated 2 days ago”. I have tried to import manually and I cannot because the accounts are not available to import to in the drop down list on the transactions page. I cant even enter the transactions manually–these accounts are not availble as an option to select when I add a transaction. Support has been NO help. The chat box no longer responds to my requests and I was promised a reply from a person by email 2 days ago, which has not happened. I am really excited to use this platform but if I can’t even reflect payments from my checking account to the loans and escrow then its completely useless. Please help!

@elizabeth1 unfortunately you’re not going to get the help you’re looking for. If you’re not using a big chain bank (Chase, Ally, Wells Fargo, etc) you’re going to continue to be frustrated.

I generally recommend to my clients to not connect the financial accounts. I know, blasphemy, what’s the point? Manual records keeps me update to date and forces me to review things. It also allows me to upload receipts, statements, and invoices on a regular basis.
