Hi all, I am trying Stessa out to see if it is what I want to start using to track everything. So far I am not digging it as it seems like everything needs to be entered manually to do what I want. I linked my mortgage accounts from my bank but Stessa is not importing them correctly. It is importing it as it is incoming money not outgoing, and it only imports the principle, not the interest or escrow so it is throwing everything off. I really would prefer not to have to have to enter everything manually every month so am hoping there is a way to fix this?

@kkrauss2 Not what you want to hear, but I do not link my financial accounts. Too many problems. The convenience sounds great at the surface, but one technological mistake and your books are messed up. Honestly, it’s not necessarily Stessa’s fault. Stessa gets the data from the third party connection called Plaid. Some banks just don’t report the details correctly or mess up the positive/negative numbers such as your experience.
