Transactions not refreshing

Hi, I am evaluating Stessa for my biz. The transactions have not been refreshing for 2 weeks. I tried to refresh the accounts and got the red message “Chase accounts are currently being refreshed. Please try refreshing again in some time”. I refreshed the accounts after that and got the green message “account will be refreshed in a few minutes” (or something like that).

Hi Victor, I’m on a different thread with the same topic, transactions not refreshing and bank connection appears ok but will not refresh. This user david.l.woolfenden is having the same problem. Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.
