There should be a flagging transaction option on the transactions page on all versions of the software.
Currently, it’s only available on the desktop version. And also the mobile browser version. The mobile browser version is set up wrong though. It should be selectable on the transaction page, but you have to open the transaction before it will allow you to flag it.
And finally, there’s no flagging option on the app and there absolutely should be.
