HELP: can't connect my new bank account

I’m trying to connect a new bank account but it has a company name, user name and then password. Stessa has only name and pw. HELP. How do I get this to work? Thanks.

@tomosran For bank-specific issues like this, it’s best to open a 1:1 support conversation via the blue circle at lower right of your screen. You’ll see the circle once you’re logged into the desktop version of Stessa.

Hey Devin, I just started Stessa and I dont have a desktop version, how can I get that 1 on 1 support?
