@patriotrealestatehol You’ll definitely want to check with a qualified CPA about how to do this. Stessa offers a Mileage category under “Admin & Other” since most investors simply track mileage and then use the IRS-approved reimbursement rate.
The question wasn’t whether or not a CPA needed to be consulted, it was how to document it… Any update to the request?
