Income reports are wrong

when i create a Year to Date report ‘by property’ the incomes are way off (about 3 times off). even if i create a tax package the incomes are way off. the expenses might be off too but i would have to check. the only way i get accurate income amounts is if i do 1 property at a time.

anyone else have this problem?

@stoneproperties that does seem frustrating. My reports appear to be ok, so not a system wide issue. Happy to do a zoom call with you to see if there are any other straight forward causes for this miscalculation. Link below.
