It’d be great if you had a feature that allowed us to input the ages of certain mechanicals of properties. So, maybe when I redo the roof, I can enter when the roof was done. New furnace? Add the date it was replaced/cost/who installed it/etc. If you get to the point of selling properties, it’s great to be able to recall the ages of all of these items for listing purposes. Just an idea!
