Would be helpful to have fields where we can input the age of the mechanicals and roofs so that a report can be run on the entire portfolio showing aging items.

This is an EXCELLENT Idea! water heater, roof, deck, etc. It would be nice if there were standard items and we could also add any specific items such as “pool replastered” or other unique items.
