Since Stessa is not planning to roll out tenant portal, how about allowing us to import transactions from Avail.co (tenants’ payments)?

I use Avail as well (switched over after Cozy was bought out by Apartments.com). As a techy, I don’t see any means of automated integration with Avail (at least published on their website). For example, any integration like this would require access to some form of API on Avail’s platform. If Avail don’t expose this then Stessa’s developers wouldn’t be able to automatically integrate the rent roll, payments, etc.
Stessa should pick up the payments if they come through one of the external accounts that you’ve configured. Alternatively, you can trigger the Received Payments Report in Avail. This will email a CSV file that can be modified for importing into Stessa.
