Is there a way to set up new accounts (income or expense types)

For instance, would want to separate auto expense from Mileage and be able to add a “rents paid” account for my storage area I rent. I cannot find a way to add new expense or income categories.

@cbogehubbard did you ever get an answer to this question? I have the same question.

I wonder if the “add other income” under the “tenants & leases” section would be helpful for this?

I have not played around with it, but I will be testing at some point to see if I can charge “oil escrow” payments to my tenant… Im charging this as a pre-payment towards heating costs, but it is not RENT.
