Is there a way to record/track loans not associated with a rental property? For example, I refinanced my primary residence and used that money to buy real estate. Can I record that in Stessa so that my dashboard is correct with my debt and return I have?
Manually enter it using the “Transactions” tab and the “Add” button at the top right of the screen. Select the date it is actually withdrawn. However, speak to your accountant first.
