This sounds like something that would be categorized as “Transfers > Owner Contribution” but obviously depends somewhat on how exactly you are hoping to use Stessa to track this situation. Stessa is mostly designed to work at the property ownership and management level rather than as a system of record for flows of funds between entities. Hope that helps!
