Making the Dashboard More Powerful

I’d like to see the Dashboard significantly improved. A few suggestions:

  1. Customizable Widgets – Let users select from a library of widgets (e.g., Net Cash Flow, Cash-on-Cash Return, etc.) and filter each by Portfolio, Property, or Date Range when applicable.

  2. More Widget Options – Include items like Expiring Leases (from the old Dashboard) and Expired Leases or Overdue Tenants (currently shown under Rent Collection).

  3. Multiple Dashboards – Add the ability to create, save, and switch between different dashboard layouts.

Since the data is already available in the system, I believe these enhancements could be implemented without too much complexity and would make the Dashboard far more useful.

@devin Wondering if there’s anything planned or in the works on this? I’m not a developer, but since the data is already there, it seems like it could be a quick win for Stessa. Thanks for considering!
