It would be great to be able to separate dashboard (and other areas of the app) based on portfolio. For example, portfolio A is my personal portfolio, while portfolio B is one where both myself and a partner have properties.
That way, metrics like cash flow, etc can be calculated more specifically for myself rather than comingling with cashflow of the partner.
