Last year, I figured out that my primary cc for rental properties (American Express) wasn’t supported. So, for 2022, I changed to use Mastercard as my primary card and need to categorize all my transactions across multiple properties. It acted like it was going to work when I set it up at the beginning of the year, then the link quit working, and now I get the same message I get on AMEX - that this isn’t yet a supported transaction type. If you don’t support Mastercard or American Express, what IS supported?
This product is otherwise great, but without the easy inflow of these transactions, it’s effectively worthless for me and I’ll be back to doing manual spreadsheets for my CPA to look at. When will this be fixed? Maybe acquire a company to handle this instead of relying on Yodlee?
