My bank accounts are no longer linking - continual “fix it” alert, with “site not supported”. We had this problem a couple of months ago. I reached out to support and received this message “I took a look and I see that Yodlee is no longer supporting that bank account.”
However, it then resolved itself and worked again for about a week. Now it’s been down for a month again. This wasn’t an issue for nearly 2 years. Any tips, suggestions, or solutions?

Not sure if you are still having this issue, but I was having a similar issue with Chase Business. Stessa email support said thier 3rd party vendor didnt work with Chase Business… which I thought was weird.
I tried linking my bank account via the Stessa app (which logged into my Chase app) and it worked perfectly. Hopefully that will work for your bank.

Was your account linked, then all of the sudden it became unlinked? That’s what has happened to mine…but I can’t get it to link again. Did you have to unlink it manually then relink? I want to avoid that if possible bc I’m concerned it will import everything again double. I can’t get mine to relink, mine is a different bank than chase (much smaller)

My connection never unlinked so I never faced your issue. sorry!
I too have had this issue. I contacted customer service but the issue was not resolved and the final suggestion was to use their cash management banking. I am now exploring this which is going to be a bit of an effort. They don’t offer joint accounts and I am not sure where to see my account number and routing number to order checks. I also couldn’t figure out how to orders a debit card. I have had to reach out to customer service for additional information to get answers. I do like the program for tracking our rentals but the bank linking issues have been a disappointment.
This is happening on with my local credit union as they just enabled 2 factor authentication. I get stuck on the screen “Retrieving security information”. Is there a way to enable 2 factor Authentication to expect a code as part of the login process?

I’m experiencing the same thing: a bank account that was successfully linked for 4 years is now appearing with “Fix It” and “Site Not Supported”. Whenever I try to “Fix It” it tells me they are experiencing technical difficulties and to try again later. Like a previous poster stated, I’m concerned that if I unlink/relink I’ll get 1000s of double records.
