Does anyone else feel like a ‘sign off’ feature is needed for the transaction page?
I usually have about 20–30 new transactions coming in each day and sometimes they’re auto-categorized incorrectly. Currently there’s no easy way to tell which transactions I’ve already reviewed and which I haven’t, so some transactions are easily get overlooked.
Or when staff help me prepare the bookkeeping, there’s no feature for me to sign off and make sure that each transaction is reviewed
It would be really helpful if new or unreviewed transactions could be visually distinguished from reviewed ones—for example, using a different color, bold text, or a status marker—similar to how gmails show as read vs. unread. Or a reviewer sign-off feature would be really beneficial.
As a workaround, I have to remember the last date I reviewed and then go back and recheck everything from that point, which is time-consuming and not very efficient.
