On the income Statement report, is it possible to add non-operating expenses like interest expense below the NOI line to give us a Net Income?
@cvilburn.re Run the Net Cash Flow report instead of the Income Statement. That will break down all financing activity, capex, etc. below the NOI line and get you to a fully baked net cash flow number. Give it a try!
