Hi! I am working on running rent roll reports and am finding that the dates in the “Move-In” column are often inaccurate because the move-in date seems to be connected to the start date for the most recent lease renewal. So, I have tenants who have rented the same apartment for several years, but the rent roll report makes it look like the tenant just moved in if we recently renewed their lease.
There is an option to enter move-in date in the tenant profile (click on their name at the bottom of their “Summary” page) under “Tenancy”. This date should be the one that is connected to the “Move-In” column of the Rent Roll Report.
