SETTING A NEW MONTH-TO-MONTH RATE - I followed the instructions and changed a prior Month-to-Month into a 12-Month contract so I could then renew the MtM at the new higher rent rate. The new rate information shows correctly on the Tenant Ledger but the Rent Roll shows blank fields. It shows neither the new or the prior MtM rate and does not list the tenant information. The Rent Roll appears as if the tenant is not there anymore.
