I can not find a data field to enter the termination date (move out date) for a tenant on a month to month contract. Im stuck on how to terminate this tenant so I can add the new one. I do not want to delete the prior tenant’s data since I am now doing the Security Deposit charges and still need to access their ledger.

@pbrey1 Not sure if this is a workaround or intended workflow. With this redesign being recent, I have only had one tenant turn over since the change.
My workaround for this issue is to change the tenant lease terms from month-to-month to a fixed-term and set the end date to when they’re leaving.
Give that a try. Hope that helps.
