Mysterious addition to property address

When transactions are downloaded from AppFolio, the value in the Property field very often has (New Tenancy) appended to the property address, so, for example, it looks like “1610 Elmrow Dr / 1610 (New Tenancy)” whereas normally the same value looks simply like “1610 Elmrow Dr”.

The tenant has been the same for years. What does this addition to the field mean?

@sapronovyt Situations like this are often, but not always, a function of data funkiness with the way your PM is inputting information on their end of the system.
