I have a single property with 2 units, 1 I long term rental and 1 is STR. When I go to the Leases and Tenants Tab I have to choose Long term or short term at the property level and not the unit level. How can I fix this?

I am experiencing the same problem and it seems the system is not configured in a way to seperate units based on property type. I think we both should send an email to Stessa Support, requesting this enhancement. For the time being, I am just treating separate units as separate properties. That way I can make one unit “Short Term” and another “Long Term”. Stessa does not prevent you from adding the same property address multiple times so this work around works well.
