@bobbychan Good question. The Stessa best practice here is to align the number of “Units” at the Property with the number of leases you have in place (or intend to pursue). Think of each separately leasable area as a “Unit” and everything should flow logically from there.
You’ll add Units to a Property via the Leases & Tenants page. Just click the small gear icon at upper right and click “Add Unit.”
Can you get the net cash flow by unit?
@marceldcosta Yes, financial reporting by unit is available on most reports. Just select a single property instead of “All Properties” and then change “By Month” to “By Unit.”
