Good morning - hoping the community can help, unable to reach anyone at Stessa
New customer, like what I see on Stessa so far.
My challenge now - I have a tenant that rents 2 units and wants to have 1 portal access for both units to make payments. Or am I stuck with a tenant with 2 portal access for 2 units? Does this make sense? THANK YOU
@ralph I agree with your assessment, you cannot add a duplicate tenant (name nor email address). Only workaround I can figure is to combine the units into 1. Maybe temporarily create an additional combo unit and use it only for this tenant’s situation.
