Paid for Pro but not showing in my account

I renewed my Pro subscription on August 5 and Stessa gladly took my money. Now, there’s no indication in my account settings that I’m a “Pro” member and my subscription is listed as “Free” despite them taking $334 of my money. There’s nowhere to get help either…Can someone point me in the right direction?
