Paying for Stessa and no external transactions sine 12/15/2022!

I have been using Stessa for couple of years and my external transactions stopped importing from all external accounts since 12/15/23. Customer service contacted Yoddle and all I get is the same answers to try to refresh/edit log in, etc which does fix anything! It’s been over 3 months now and now no one is able to fix it. I started paying for stessa too. CAN SOMEONE FROM STESSA HELP PLEASE WITH ACTUAL SOLUTION???
Is there a way to delete external accounts without losing all previous transactions n order to add the accounts again to reset the whole thing?
