Property acquisition price as a capital expense

I think one of two things would be very helpful when it comes to recording property acquisition price:

  1. Import property acquisition price from “Properties” tab to “Transactions” tab so it’s reported as a capital expense.
  2. Add a “New House” sub-item when adding a transaction under “Capital Expenses”.
