A lot of the feature requests relate to integrating with 3rd party services or property management SAAS. Writing and maintaining 3rd party integrations really isn’t the business that Stessa should be in. We want new features to make managing records and transactions easier, and every sprint spent on an integration for a small subset of users is a sprint where a feature that could improve all users experience.
What’s missing is public API so that other companies can build their own integrations. APIs for GET/POST/DELETE of transactions, documents, tenants, leases, and properties. Let property management partners build and maintain their own integrations, and let developers create apps that augment and automate our workflows, powered by the Stessa platform.
