We purchase and rehab most of our properties. I wish we could input a budget for the rehab, track the remodel and amount spent and pull reports on that period to include holding cost and everything that went into the remodel.

great idea. Im going through this now with a house we had a large fire in. This is essentially a remodel and not repairs/maintenance and Id like to be able to track it differently, like above.

I am on the same boat. Currently have all my initial rehab in an excel sheet to track how well I am sticking to the budget. Would rather just use Stessa so I don’t have to manually update an excel sheet.
