Love the application which is the simplest property management software I have found. Although you are inevitably US focussed I live in Australia and still find it better than other alternatives. Any chance the app could be made available outside the US?

I agree, collaborators could be outside of USA and need to download the app. Preferably I would like to not have to make them jump through hoops to get an USA App Store account. In my case Mexico & Colombia are important.

Yes, can you please make the app available in Australia?
Also, it will be good if the whole Stessa system can be used in Australia with its full function.
