As a mobile home park owner, I buy a lot of mobile homes and sell them on Installment Sale Contracts, aka Seller Financing. There are so many great features in Stessa for rental property owners, but nothing for Seller Financing. It shouldn’t be too hard to track principal and interest received, similar to the way you are already tracking it as going out?
