Track useful life & service date for capital expenses

Capital Expenses are handled a bit differently than other expenses in Stessa. Two additional fields are available to help you and your CPA track capital items: Useful Life and Date Placed in Service.

Take advantage of these custom fields! Navigate to your Transactions page. Add a new Capital Expense manually with the “+ Add” button or categorize an existing expense as “Capital Expenses” and then select it and click the “Edit” button. You’ll see the two custom fields available in the modal window.
