Transfer funds between Properties for Maintenance Expenses - How to categorize?

My property manager transfers funds (which would come to me as Owner Distributions) to another property to have funds for Maintenance Expenses. I’m struggling to get the “Transfer” accounts to balance out for each property. To simplify it I’ve categorized the funds transfer on both properties under “Transfer”, but there’s still a disparity because they aren’t under the same property. Any suggestions how to get these to balance out on each property? Thanks!
