I know that Thread bank works with all 5 of our mortgages for direct debit and other things but we recently had an insurance loss and Mercury doesn’t recognize thread bank. See screenshot below. This is disappointing because it means I need to first transfer funds to another bank, in this case CapitalOne and then into Stessa. Until Stessa/Thread can really match offerings of large and mid-size banks, I definitely don’t feel like I can rely on them and cut the cord from our Main Street banks.
Anyone else seen this issue with the routing # not being accepted
