Virtual Debit Card Transactions Getting Rejected

In the last week, a few of my debit card transactions have been declined. They were under the $5k limit and there was sufficient funds in the associated cash management account. I double and triple checked that the card#, expiration date, and CVC code were correct. In both instances, when I provided the vendor with the associated cash management ACH info, they were able to process the transaction as an ACH without issue - the debit card itself was clearly the issue.

Anyone else experiencing similar issues?
