It would make it easier to use the security deposit entry feature if there were also buttons that we could push to auto-calculate the security deposit based on the rent amount.
Example: If rent is $1000, and the security deposit is listed as “1 month’s rent”, then it would be nice to be able to have a button that we could push for “1x rent” and it would auto-fill with the amount of $1000. In some cases, it may be 1.5x rent amount, and there could be another button for “1.5x rent,” etc.
Of course, it would be the Landlord’s responsibility to know their own local laws as to what the maximum amounts of rent there are.
