This function was working well before. But not today..
There is no longer possible to enter a security deposit for a future tenancy.

I noticed yesterday that I could no longer edit the security deposit field when I was adding a new tenant that is moving in on May 1st 2025. Even tried a different browser to see if it was a chrome issue. Still not able to enter anything into the field.

yes, this issue is still not resolved.
Same problem for an existing tenant.
This is the excuse they gave me.

It has been disabled until the new Leases & Tenants page is released in the coming weeks. Please click on 'add a charge" to add the security deposit
Yes, quite a # of things have broken since a few months ago… Not just this… the security deposit refund when tenant moves out also stopped working.
Yeah. And adding payments or charges from the Leases and Tenants page just brings you to Transactions, no auto filling anything.
Working with a CSR on the issue of if you receive a SD payment for a future tenancy, but having it applied to the current tenancy.
Yes, I have the same problem. Their AI bot says it never auto populated the security deposit refund… so that’s wrong too.
The Stessa software quality has worsened in the past 6 months. That is what I found. A few other issues..
But their transaction sync with the bank had improved, Much faster than before with fewer missed transactions.
