I’ve set up all 8 of my properties. One property though I can’t get the deposit entered right. I put it in the Security Deposit field like I did with the others. Then it shows as a debit and that the tenant is past due. It’s not doing this on the other properties. Seems like it’s something simple that I’ve missed but I’m not finding it. Any suggestions appreciated
@lwcproperty This is typically the result of the actual security deposit payment from the tenant not being properly recorded and assigned to the correct unit and tenancy on your Transactions page. If that’s not the culprit, please open a 1:1 support conversation so we can investigate and resolve the issue for you.
