Got an email from STESSA with the subject “Action Required: Your Stessa Cash Management account”. It says the following:
Hello,
Bank regulations require the collection and periodic confirmation of certain customer information.
Your response is required to this information request. Failure to respond in a timely manner will result in account closure in accordance with the “Closing Your Account and Account Suspensions” Section of your Deposit Account Agreement. This action will take place on or after 09/15/2023 so please be sure to respond as soon as possible.
In the coming days we will reach out via email to obtain the additional required information related to your business account(s).
We appreciate your assistance in this matter and are looking forward to the continued relationship we’ve built. If you have questions about this new compliance requirement, reply to this email or reach out to support@stessa.com.
