I had over 2000 transactions for real estate properties , i filled and tagged it every week , it was alot of booking to do
suddenly it sopped syncing with bank and even when i tried to reconnected it didnt worked
i unlinked and linked account but all the data is gone
im so anxious right now since i dont know and dont remember which transaction goes to its memorize 9 months now
what should i do ? how do i bring it back i cant do all that now again
@aaproperties.re I feel for you. All I can suggest is to get tech support on the phone. You probably won’t get formal support on the forums. E-mail responses can get very delayed. Time is of the essence if they are able to restore any data.
If support determines they cannot restore your data, I offer bookkeeping services if you want help putting everything back together.

Hey, the same thing happened to me - re-sync’ed the account and lost all transactions. Were you able to find a solution here?
